Active Directory Domain Name Service (DNS)
Provides DNS services to the ad.wsu.edu domain, including dynamic registration of domain joined systems for A and AAAA records.
Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS)
Stores directory data and manages communication between users and domains, including logon processes, authentication, computers, system management, and directory searches. This service includes the following sub-services: LDAP, Authentication and Authorization, DFS, DFS-R, Group Policy, NTP, Computer Domain Join, AD Integrated BitLocker, LAPS.
Exchange
Exchange is a messaging platform that provides email, scheduling, and tools for custom collaboration and messaging service applications. WSU will transition exchange users to Office 365 during summer 2017.
Incident Response
Incident Response Plan is a service that allows the ITS Security Operations team members to identify, respond to and report a data security concern.
Kamiak/HPC
The Kamiak cluster consists of a collection of cutting edge computers, or nodes, all connected by a high speed local network.
Mailman Lists
Distribution listserv's enabling group communication through email.
Managed Account Request Form
In Office365, a Departmental Account is now created as a Shared Mailbox with one primary owner (by default this is the requestor unless otherwise specified). Once the mailbox is created it will automatically appear as an additional mailbox in your Outlook Client. There is no longer a need for a password.

Office 365 Exchange Online
Exchange Online is a messaging platform that provides email, scheduling, and tools for custom collaboration and messaging service applications.
Office 365 Office Online
Office Online is a service that allows you to edit Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents and use OneNote online via a web browser. This includes collaborate editing using real-time co-authoring.
Office 365 OneDrive for Business
OneDrive for Business is a cloud service for all active students, faculty and staff associated with their WSU Network ID, where you can store, share, and sync your files. You can update and share your files from any device with OneDrive for Business.
Office 365 PowerBI
Power BI for Office 365 is a business intelligence (BI) tool used to gain insights and visualizations from data.
Office 365 ProPlus
Office 365 ProPlus is the suite of Microsoft Office products that can be installed on up to five PCs or Macs, five tablets, and five phones per user. The software available includes: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote, Skype for Business (plus Publisher and Access for Windows PC systems).

Password Reset
Site to allow users to manage the security of their network ID.
ProofPoint
ProofPoint is an email protection service to protect against spam, malware, and other by controlling, filtering, and providing insight and visibility into email communication threats.

WSU brand-standard fonts.
Self-Service Email Forwarding
Self-service and Crimson Service Desk customization options for Email forwarding service.
SharePoint Hosting Services
SharePoint Hosting is a web platform that can be used to store, organize, share, and access information from any device.
Student Laptop Rental
Crimson Service Desk provides a weekly, monthly, and semester laptop rental service.
Third Party Access
Students can choose to share their university information with their parents, guardians or other third party through “Third Party Access.” This allows individuals to sign in to myWSU and view a student’s official WSU records, including financial account balances, financial aid, class schedules, grades and much more.
Wireless Guest Account (SSID)
Can be requested at CUB Info Desk or Visitors Center.
WSU Wireless (SSID)
Access to WSU wireless network (available across multiple campuses).
