Active Directory Domain Name Service (DNS)
Provides DNS services to the ad.wsu.edu domain, including dynamic registration of domain joined systems for A and AAAA records.
Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS)
Stores directory data and manages communication between users and domains, including logon processes, authentication, computers, system management, and directory searches. This service includes the following sub-services: LDAP, Authentication and Authorization, DFS, DFS-R, Group Policy, NTP, Computer Domain Join, AD Integrated BitLocker, LAPS.
Administrative Information Systems (AIS)
WSU's primary business management software. Account creation, modification & deletion via BPPM forms (85.37.5 & 85.33.14) requires approval by signature authority and/or data guardians respectively. Route forms per BPPM once completed.
Document viewing and creation software.
Provides contextual tools for mapping and spatial reasoning so you can explore data and share location-based insights.
Financial data warehouse offering reporting, query and analysis, and enterprise information management.
Cable (Jack) Termination
Installation of a wall jack that provides the final required hardware access to set up ethernet and/or phone services within a room.
Cancel Phone / Directory Services
Department request to cancel all assigned services for specific phone/directory.
Change Assigned Budget
Department request to update billing information for specific services.
ITS customized solution support to assess and select technology solutions, including those in the cloud.
Data Connection (Non-Standard)
Data connection offered to external or self-supporting units.

Department request to update directory information for specific phone (re-assign).

Configuration: activation, modification, or deactivation of ethernet services.
Exchange is a messaging platform that provides email, scheduling, and tools for custom collaboration and messaging service applications. WSU will transition exchange users to Office 365 during summer 2017.
Fiber splicing and fiber termination including testing and certification of the fiber.
Request to modify existing Firewall rules regarding perimeter access.
New network establishment for SLA customers or VSYS customers.
Global Protect VPN
Virtual Private Network service provides remote authenticated and encrypted access to resources such as the administration of departmental servers, administrative systems and applications, and/or systems that house sensitive information.
IBM SPSS Software
SPSS statistics is an integrated family of products that helps to address the entire analytical process from planning and data collection to analysis, reporting and deployment.
Incident Response Plan is a service that allows the ITS Security Operations team members to identify, respond to and report a data security concern.
IP Address Request
New static IP address or change to static IP address.
The Kamiak cluster consists of a collection of cutting edge computers, or nodes, all connected by a high speed local network.
Layer 2 (10G) Connection
10 Gig Connection between ITS equipment and customer equipment.

Managed Account Request Form
In Office365, a Departmental Account is now created as a Shared Mailbox with one primary owner (by default this is the requestor unless otherwise specified). Once the mailbox is created it will automatically appear as an additional mailbox in your Outlook Client. There is no longer a need for a password.

Network ID Creation
The process for creating a User ID (NID). This could be for a student, affiliate, employee or Friend ID (FID). Third Party Access (TPA) for Parents/ Guardians uses the FID creation process.

Student data warehouse offering reporting, query and analysis, and enterprise information management.
Office 365 Exchange Online
Exchange Online is a messaging platform that provides email, scheduling, and tools for custom collaboration and messaging service applications.
Office 365 Modern Group Creation
Office 365 Groups is a service that works with the Office 365 tools you use already so you can collaborate with your teammates when writing documents, creating spreadsheets, working on project plans, scheduling meetings, or sending email.
Office 365 Office Online
Office Online is a service that allows you to edit Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents and use OneNote online via a web browser. This includes collaborate editing using real-time co-authoring.
Office 365 OneDrive for Business
OneDrive for Business is a cloud service for all active students, faculty and staff associated with their WSU Network ID, where you can store, share, and sync your files. You can update and share your files from any device with OneDrive for Business.
Office 365 PowerBI
Power BI for Office 365 is a business intelligence (BI) tool used to gain insights and visualizations from data.
Office 365 ProPlus
Office 365 ProPlus is the suite of Microsoft Office products that can be installed on up to five PCs or Macs, five tablets, and five phones per user. The software available includes: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote, Skype for Business (plus Publisher and Access for Windows PC systems).

Resource accounts are used when a department needs to manage a resource such as a laptop, projector, or vehicle.

Self-service and Crimson Service Desk customization options for Email forwarding service.
Service Level Agreements

SharePoint Departmental Business Forms
ITS SharePoint Business Departmental Forms is an application that allows departments to manage purchase requests, employee leave and overtime forms, travel forms, departmental equipment, and a master calendar.

SharePoint Hosting is a web platform that can be used to store, organize, share, and access information from any device.
Skype for Business

VoIP Phone feature changes, additions, or custom options requested after initial purchase. Standard features offered with initial phone purchase include single inbox messaging, reach me anywhere, restricting/unrestricting long distance access, etc.
This service provides for the identification of vulnerabilities via vulnerability scanning, patch releases, configuration review, and compliance.
