Managed Account Request Form
In Office 365, a Departmental Account is now created as a Shared Mailbox with one primary owner (this is the requestor by default, unless otherwise specified). Once the Shared Mailbox is created, it will automatically appear as an additional mailbox in Outlook. There is no longer a need for a password.
Microsoft Teams
Microsoft Teams offers a modern group workspace within Office 365 that includes tools and content targeted for teams of people working towards a common goal or purpose.
Network ID Creation
The process for creating a User ID (NID). This could be for a student, affiliate, employee or Friend ID (FID). Third Party Access (TPA) for Parents/ Guardians uses the FID creation process.
Office 365 Exchange Online
Exchange Online is a messaging platform that provides email, scheduling, and tools for custom collaboration and messaging service applications.
Password Reset
Site to allow users to manage the security of their Network ID.
ProofPoint
Proofpoint is an email protection service to protect against spam, malware, and other by controlling, filtering, and providing insight and visibility into email communication threats.
Third Party Access
Students can share their official WSU records with a parent or another trusted individual by setting up Third Party Access in myWSU.
Wireless Guest Account (SSID)
Can be requested at CUB Info Desk or Visitors Center.
Zoom
Zoom helps consolidate communications, connect people, and collaborate better together whether for academics or meetings. Features include cloud recording and retention, persistent chat, whiteboarding, breakout rooms, polls, Q&A, post-meeting surveys, and special licenses for events and webinars.
