Schedulable Location Request
Location accounts are used when a department needs to monitor and manage a conference room or other public locations in their area.
Schedulable Resource Account
Resource accounts are used when a department needs to manage a resource such as a laptop, projector, or vehicle.

Build/modify/delete the messaging function of WSU phone system. Billable only if the voicemail box was not requested on initial phone setup.

VoIP Phone Feature Changes, Additions, or Custom Options
VoIP Phone feature changes, additions, or custom options requested after initial purchase. Standard features offered with initial phone purchase include single inbox messaging, reach me anywhere, restricting/unrestricting long distance access, etc.
Conferencing
Skype for Business
Skype for Business lets you connect with anyone, anywhere, on any device using instant messaging and voice and video conferencing allowing for collaboration and communication across multiple locations. Information and Create a PIN for a Skype for Business users provided in linked page.
Connectivity
Cable (Jack) Termination
Installation of a wall jack that provides the final required hardware access to set up ethernet and/or phone services within a room.
Data Connection (Non-Standard)
Data connection offered to external or self-supporting units.
Ethernet Connection
Configuration: activation, modification, or deactivation of ethernet services.
Fiber Splicing
Fiber splicing and fiber termination including testing and certification of the fiber.
Wireless Guest Account (SSID)
Can be requested at CUB Info Desk or Visitors Center.
WSU Wireless (SSID)
Access to WSU wireless network (available across multiple campuses).
Email and Calendaring
Exchange
Exchange is a messaging platform that provides email, scheduling, and tools for custom collaboration and messaging service applications. WSU will transition exchange users to Office 365 during summer 2017.

Distribution listserv's enabling group communication through email.
Managed Account Request Form
In Office365, a Departmental Account is now created as a Shared Mailbox with one primary owner (by default this is the requestor unless otherwise specified). Once the mailbox is created it will automatically appear as an additional mailbox in your Outlook Client. There is no longer a need for a password.
